Pakatan Rakyat & Jawatankuasa Disiplinnya

Thunderous sound coming from the vanquished...

Toppled Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Nizar Jamaluddin said today’s Federal Court ruling that upheld Barisan Nasional (BN) as the rightful state government will lead to an absolute monarchy.” “If this decision goes on and becomes the law of the day, it will lead to an absolute monarchy,” Nizar said after the apex court declared Datuk Seri Zambry Abd Kadir the rightful mentri besar.

.....helluva statement man.....

There's a latin saying that goes like this:

"Magna res est vocis et silentii temperamentum" - meaning "The great thing is to know when to speak and when to keep quiet"

In law meets common sense legal terminology, we also have kind of a maxim for situation such as this one :)

"Stop whining & start working, don't be such a sore loser!"

Yeop, sudah-sudah lah... move on!

Perak?

The court's verdict? From Malaysian Insider's Tweeter page.
  • PERAK - Perak Constitution Article 16 (6) requires Nizar to resign & not under Article 36 (2). about a minute ago
  • PERAK - Federal Court says this based on Sultan's rejection to dissolve state assembly under Article 16 (6) of Perak Constitution. 4 minutes ago
  • PERAK - Federal Court finds Court of Appeal justified to reverse High Court decision. 5 minutes ago
The media's interests? Spinning strong, whatever the decision...?

The cheering fans & supporters outside the palace of justice? hmmmm ....kes dah habih la brader, judgment delivered... balik lah, pi relax, pekena teh tarik ka apa ka.. toksah gaduh-gaduh, tak payah jerit-jerit lah... bukan game bola ni....

Myself? Told you so! ;)

The ordinary & everyday people of Perak? My guess, couldn't give a damn..... :D

Nak tengok bicara ka, nak cheering ka?

2.23pm: Subang MP R. Sivarasa arrives and joins PKR strategic director Tian Chua in trying to convince the police to allow the latter to carry the banner into the courtroom.

2.22pm: PKR strategic director Tian Chua tries to enter the court carrying a folded banner and is stopped by the police and Special Branch officers. With him are three supporters including Kampung Hj Abdullah Hukum PKR chief Roslan Mat, who are seen trying to negotiate with the police.

Laporan di atas dari The Star Online, baca kat sini.

Macam-macam perangai dok ada... yang si Tian Chua ni nak bawak banner masuk court room nak buat apa? Takdak ke kawan-kawan dia nak pegang banner ni while he's in the court room? Ada emas ka atas banner? Yang Sivarasa ni pun macam tak pernah masuk court... bila masa orang bawa banner masuk court? Awat mau cheering kot? Pom-pom, gendang-genderang tak mau bawak masuk sekali ka?

Terlebih strategi brader strategic director PKR nih...

Ingat court ni sarkas ka apa ka? Bawak kacang banyak-banyak la lain kali kalau nak masuk, boleh jual, and those kat public gallery boleh enjoy makan kacang macam sambil tengok sarkas...

....errr, LCD, Plasma 60 inches, LED TV ka tak mau bawak masuk sama ka? What about kereta bomba, kepala keretapi, basikal, tak teringin bawak masuk jugak ka?

..macam-macam dok ada....

Don't just assumed...

Kerja membakar gereja, baling bom (?) bukannya kerja orang berakal. Never make assumption before all the facts & evidence are in. Avoid the obvious choices; expect the unexpected sometimes could also be the better choice in this kind of situation.

What has happened today deserved condemnation of the highest degree. It is a vile act, no doubt about that. No level headed person would want to disagree with that. But allow me to say this, while we go around town condemning the action, please do not make hasty assumption and malicious insinuation along the way. Stop playing with fire. Pointing fingers lead to nowhere. In the end what you'll see is only the back of your hand. It is time for all to reflect. When I say all, I do mean ALL.

Now let us enjoy our weekend in peace.

We are not alone

We are not alone after all. Timid, dazed & confused folks everywhere, even in the liberal minded land of the sophisticated US of A. The land of the advanced people with confident, the surefooted folks.

Look who's protesting the 2nd Graders concert? Not even a program or publication related to any local mosque community there.

FISHERS, Ind. -- A Hamilton Southeastern elementary removed a mention of Allah in its holiday show after it drew the anger of a national conservative Christian group.......

School officials removed a phrase saying "Allah is God" after the American Family Association launched a protest of the program on its electronic newsletter.

Do take a quick peek at the comment section if you have the time. Compare & take some time to reflect on what has been happening here in our own backyard.

Extracts from the above news:

Micah Clark, executive director of the Indiana AFA, launched an Internet protest once he heard about the allegations. “What surprised me here is that we’ve had a secular scrubbing of Christmas for so long and the school apparently didn’t see the problem with kids singing to Allah,” he told FOX News Radio. “You won’t even mention Jesus and you’re going to force my child to sing about Allah?

In email correspondence the school initially defended the reference as a way to be inclusive of all religions. However, once complaints starting rolling in, school leaders decided to eliminate the Allah reference. Apa Lagi

Apa Lagi Lagu/Lirik : M.Nasir

rumah ku kau cerobohi
ladang sudah kau cabul
tinggal tanah terbakar
dengan pahlawan hilang ikrar

(Nak dengar lagu ni? Di sini)

Dari tanah jawi ke Maghribi
Semangatnya mahu kau ragut
Dengan caramu, dengan alasanmu
Dari ide mu yang bangrut
Sedarlah sedarlah
Hey teman
Tidak semua jalan menuju ke kota Rom
Geseklah rebabmu
Wahai tangan yang membuai
