Why not work with the MACC instead of just working concurrently with them?

“Although we are not referring any of our cases to the MACC, we are working concurrently with them. And, maybe, they are investigating some of these cases as well. We don’t know,” Umno Disciplinary Board member and Umno Legal Adviser Datuk Mohd Hafarizam Harun informed.

Is the UMNO Disciplinary Board's action or shall we say omission of not submitting or referring cases, which are currently being investigated by them but not under the radar of the MACC, amounting to withholding of material evidence of possible criminal offenses committed especially under Section 10(b)(aa) of the Anti-Corruption Act 1997? I wonder.

As such, should the board instead of just working concurrently with the MACC; start to work WITH the commission? If you ask me, I'd say it's high time that they do so.

Sekian terima kasih.
