Bala is really feeling the heat, eh? How could one in his position not? I don't think that his lawyer did not tell him before hand that by affirming an SD (and coming out with it on a Press Conference with the PM-in-waiting) you are still NOT immune to defamation & other relevant laws. To make matters worse, he himself admitted [through his lawyer] during the Q&A session yesterday, that the statements made were not statement of truth.
