Pedra Branca Revisited

Dr Balaji Sadasivan, Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, told Parliament the "precise coordinates" would be announced at an appropriate time. Our neighbour is in the mood again to play "civilization"? Civilization is a very popular PC game. A Wikipedia excerpt for those unfamiliar with the game; "Along with the larger tasks of exploration, war and diplomacy, the player has to make decisions about where to build new cities, which improvements or units to build in each city, which advances in knowledge should be sought (and at what rate), and how to transform the land surrounding the cities for maximum benefit."

200 nautical miles from its lands and islands, and up to 12 nautical miles of territorial sea. I wonder how far "up and to the side" is that?
